Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our services are custom and time-based: once a project starts, our team commits hours, planning and resources to it. This policy explains how you can cancel and when a refund is possible.

How to Cancel

To cancel a service or monthly plan, email info@vdinfotech.in from your registered email address with your company name and the service you want to cancel.

• Monthly services (such as SEO, social media or ad management) require 30 days’ written notice. Work and billing continue during the notice period.
• Project-based services (such as websites, apps or design) can be cancelled at any stage; charges for work completed up to that point remain payable.

When a Refund Is Possible

• If you cancel before any work has started, the advance paid is refunded after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges.
• If we are unable to start or deliver the agreed service for reasons on our side, the amount for undelivered work is refunded.
• Duplicate or excess payments made by mistake are refunded in full.

Non-Refundable Payments

• Payments for work already started or completed, including strategy, design drafts, development and content.
• Monthly digital marketing fees for any month that has begun.
• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta, and third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences and stock assets.
• Delays or cancellations caused by the client not providing content, approvals or access.

Because results depend on many external factors, dissatisfaction with search rankings or campaign results alone is not grounds for a refund. If you have concerns, talk to us — we will always work with you to put things right.

Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.
